I was booked for APSRTC Garuda (AC) but got confirmed super luxary (Non AC) and charged Garuda fare.
I was contacted redbus customer care 2 times before bus departure and they said it will be Garuda no issues ( in Redbus database, booking details mentioned as Garuda and customer care executive confirmed the same.)
3rd time, Redbus customer care executive responded like sorry for the inconveniences, will refund 10% of the fare.
I was totally cancelled my business meeting because of this and I would be loss arroung 50000/-.
Please help me on this.
