I booked a bus thru redbus...bcoz of irresponsible behaviour of bus staff, one of the windows glass got broken and all fell.on me...not only I could have lost my eyes and but it could have destroyed my face too...but the buss staff is so causal like nothing happened..they don't have any first aid assistance..they were not ready to change my seat...after lot of begging, they finally let me change my seat..red bus customercare is also vry casual about the same..she said she is transferring chat to supervisor but instead ended the chat..I m really disappointed
