Redbus — Bus arrival and depart timings are mentioned incorrectly

We booked a bus from redbus from tirupati to gooty for journey date[protected]. Bus should depart from tirupati at 9:30pm as per the redbus timings. But the actual APSRTC timings are different, bust departed from tirupati at 11:30pm, which is two hours lately. Because of the incorrect information provided by redbus, we faced issue and waited for 2 hours. This inconvenience is not acceptable, take action. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
