[Resolved] Redbus — Bus booked through redbus didn't deliver the service promised | |||
We had booked 2 bus tickets in sodha travels on November 5 th for jaisalmer to ahmedabad using red bus. At last moment the operator(sodha travels) changed the bus and made us travel in Dhareja travels but did not inform the concerned bus operator. Dhareja refused to accommodate us in his travels after lot of argument with sodha travels he finally agreed to accommodate us but gave only one sleeper seater instead of 2 seats booked by us. After contacting red bus 3 times we finally got one more seat after 3 hours of boarding. But local passengers started sitting on the sleeper seat allowed to us with their luggage. There was no privacy or safety in the bus as local passengers were continuously boarding and reboarding the bus. Also the bus was in poor condition. Red bus didn't take any initiative in resolving our problem nor do they have any verification process for operator in their portal. Since we did not get the service we were promised we request this forum to help us in getting refund for our tickets and ensure the safety of traveller s using red bus in remote areas Was this information helpful? | |||
