I booked bus for tirupur to Chennai on 5th of February 2023 ( national travels) through redbus app. My bus got brokedown after travelling around 60kms near bhavani. Immediately raised concern in red bus. They are reluctant. Waited alone in the road for 3 hrs from 11.30 to 2am. Travels didn't arrange alternate bus nor helped me to reach back home by arranging cab. mechanic saw the bus and said it will easily take 5 to 6 hrs to repair.. since being a women travelling alone booked a private cab and travelled back to tirupir at my own cost. Raised complaint in redbus to refund my hard earned money incurred for cab expenses. However redbus Is rude and the executives said refund can't be given. I asked them to share a written communication to take this case to a higher level. But they are not ready to given written mail and they didnt refund my hard earned money. Pls help me in getting my money back. And charge appropriate action against red bus for their insensitivity and negligence. Pls charge penAlty to tehm
