[Resolved]  Redbus — Bus cancellation and refund

Bus operator sreenath travels

When i reached the venue i was told that the bus have been cancelled. They did not give me any prior information. 3 days have passed no refund have been received yet.
And who will be held responsible for the lapse of not informing me. Who will bear the losses caused due to this lapse
