I had booked a ticket with single upper berth with ticket number TRBE20512539. I received a call that the bus has been cancelled and they have offered a single seat in other bus as replacement. To my surprise during boarding the seat was in between single seater and double seater in a pathetic condition. No charger point, no pillow, no bedsheet and full of dust.
How do they even book this seat. It was a mental trauma travelling. Had tried several times to contact redbus through phone and text but had no response.
Red bus doesnt have any timely customer service and pathetic.
