[Resolved] Redbus — bus cancelled but no refund

I booked tickets on 03/05/2019 at morning and booking i'd is tn6z24594888. My bus has been cancelled by operator on 03/05/2019 at (Date of journey) if have raised complaint but didn't get any alternative bus or any refund. Even i didn't get any confirmation about bus cancellation till now. Request i'd is 8946451 I have tried to talk with customer care twice a time they were not providing any solution on this above subject. Regarding the refund, we would like to inform you that, as per the MSRTC policy, the refund needs to be collected from MSRTC counter. Request you to visit the nearest MSRTC counter with valid id proof and ticket copy for the same. Your understanding in this matter is appreciated.
