[Resolved] Redbus — bus cancelled but not refund money

I booked 2 tickets from sbi pay online.. Amount 1240/=rs pnr. No. B4h5s9mn. The day 27th oct bus was cancelled.. Even not inform me by sms. Then i call redbus helpline.. He say ur will get refund with in 7days. First of all the bus is cancelled bot notify me by sms.. Now please refund my money..
