[Resolved] Redbus — Bus cancelled but refund pending

I have booked bus ticket dated 16.11.2016, TICKET NO. - TJCC98384396 of two passengers, but when i reached to bus stand, i have informed that bus has been cancelled and yet no refund obtained till date 13.12.2016.
PNR no. is Xbly[protected]
Timing of Bus Departure is 07:00 AM,
I have paid Rs. 686/- for the same and yet refund not given by red bus .
