[Resolved]  Redbus — Bus cancelled by bus operator without any refund

My bus got cancelled by the bus operator one hour prior to the departure time. However, I still haven't gotten the refund and nobody from red bus is attending to my complaint.
Kindly see to it and help me get the refund ASAP.
I am attaching the ticket screendhot and cancellation message for your reference.
