Have booked 2 non a/c sleeper tickets from chennai to coimbatore on 07/08/2018 at city travels using redbus app with ticket no: tm[protected]. But bus has not been operated and have not received any communication from the operator nor redbus. Hence refund the paid amount of rs.990/- with immediate effect.
