[Resolved] Redbus — bus cancelled- no refund yet and no email confirmation about cancellation | |
Hi, i booked bus (Yukta travels yash) from pune to shegaon travel date 29-dec-2018 (Ticket id tmdq[protected] but bus got cancelled. I received this confirmation from operator they said that they are dropping an email to redbus about cancellation and i will be notified then by redbus and will get refund later but my refund is not yet delivered also not received any email from redbus. And now yash travels people are not ready to send confirmation email to me so we are also not sure how can we reach to redbus. I reached couple of times to yash travel but not received the good reply. Also the redbus customer service is worst neither of their number is fully functional very worst service experience.
