[Resolved] Redbus — Bus cancelled there is no information

Bus has been cancelled there is no informational from bus organizers or from redbus. I booked from proddatur to bangalore seat 10, 11 with ar bcvr. Tkt no: tk[protected]. I called redbus customer care they told it will be resolved in 24 hours like that untill now i called 4 times. Sometimes they told call [protected] and press option 3. Which will not all work. Ticket price is 1200. After discount they charge 1050 which is not refunded until now..

It solved with in two hours.. thanks for consumer complaint and redbus as well.. I got mail from redbus also.. refund initiated..
