[Resolved] Redbus — bus cancelled without information | |||||
I am Karuppaiya living in chennai. I booked ticket using redbus from Thiruvannamalai to tirupathi for 29.08.2018. Ticket No. TM9K20265732. Ticket got confimred. I reached pick up point before 30 minutes. Departure time 11:30 PM, but i waited till 12:50 PM. I keep on searching for bus here and there, and inquired every bus to tirupathi. I called customer care for more than 8 times, no body answered properly. All said to wait for few more minutes. My energy got drained, and i felt very sleepy on the midnight. Later i got another number as transport manager, i spoke to him, and finally at 12.55 he is saying, due to CM plan your bus cancelled. I dont know what to do at that time. Even if i did not booked ticket, i would reached early. By believing redbus i used to stand in road at midnight like a mental to waiting for bus and talking to customer care. Now i cannot able to cancel my ticket and got refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
