[Resolved] Redbus — Bus cancelled without information
We booked National Travels
Madurai Bus to travel from Chennai to Permabalur. Our boarding point was Tambaram opposite to Hindu Mission Hospital. Our time of boarding was at 12.10 AM 28th March 2021. We were waiting in Boarding point from 11.15 PM 27th March 2021. We waited till 12.20 AM and called the contacts which were provided by Redbus. A person asked details and said that Bus has been cancelled and there isn't any alternate arrangements. We don't know whether we are fools to stand alone at midnight. Atleast a prior information should have been given. The highlight here is we got message from redbus around 12.30AM for bus covid safety measures review. This is totally unfair. It is your responsibility to inform us properly on bus details. We want immediate refund of the money paid.

May we know whether you would pay money for not informing and letting us to panic at midnight? Should we cancel our trips because of your irresponsibility?
I would like to get response immediately.
