I had booked the ticket from hyderabad to bangalore because i had a meeting there. I got shocked when i get the text message from redbus that there is no service and the bus trip has been cancelled. Who will b responsible for my lose. I lost the project by missing this # bus. It really effect my career. When i called to bus driver but the driver does not have enough courtesy to answer the call and let me know the reason. Even the redbus costomer care number people were not responding to calls.
