[Resolved] Redbus — Bus delayed for over 30 minutes still not cancelling the ticket

I booked a bus from kaushambi to moradabad on reaching the boarding point i found out that the bus was not there i tried to find out the status of bus from their customer care no but they denied having any information about the bus very harshly. I also tried to cancel the ticket but they denied saying that the ticket cannot be cancelled after bus departure time. I had to board another bus as i was running late.
