Updated by Ayush_957 I booked a bus through red bus from Chandigarh to Jammu but the bus didn't arrive. I was sick and urgently had to go home, I waited for an whole hour and arrived 30 minutes earlier but no signs of the bus resulting in me stranded in the middle of road. Red bus sent me 2 sms with two different contact number, one said the bus would come at 4am and the other one didn't pick up. There was a third contact number in the email which was switched off and useless. My parents had to travel 7 hours after that to pick me because of this fault. Now I want my money back and I don't see any option to report this specific issue on the Red Bus app.
Also, the sms didn't include the Bus Number nor did they called me beforehand like all bus operators usually do. Please resolve this issue
