[Resolved] Redbus — Bus driver didn't pick me. Irresponsible behavior by driver

I booked cuddalore to chennai bus at 01.15 AM. I tried calling driver at 12.45 he said he is in mayavaram. Again i called at 2.30 AM he said bus is in chidambaram. I asked him to call once reach cuddalore. But no calls from him. Again i tried he said that bus left already pondicherry. Such a pathetic service and irresponsible behaviour given by driver. Driver name is Murugan - Universal bus from Barani travels. My entire plan of the day collapsed due to this bus. I need refund amount 715
