[Resolved] Redbus — bus got cancelled and did not give an alternative solution | |||||
Hi, I have booked my ticket from deoria to delhi on 14th november ticket nuumber tmbc63765582 and pnr number is b3xc5a9h. I have received a message on 22nd nov around 4 pm from bus operator that bus got cancelled and mentioned a contact person name for further inquiry in the same message. I have called redbus customer care on 22nd around 9:30 pm. They gave me the reference number (Below in trail mail) and committed me the issue get resolved withing but still its have not got resolved even i have called to red bus yesterday on 23rd around 10 pm they take my 15 minute and told me that they ate transferring the call to their senior for resolving but they didnt transfer the call and told me that they will arrange the call within 1 hrs. I have waited them for more than 3 hours but did not receive any call from them. Even i have discussed the same ticket issue which i have booked from different mobile number (Complaint number is 5727036) Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
