[Resolved] Redbus — Bus got cancelled but the amount is not refunded | |||||
I had booked a ticket with redbus 1 month before the scheduled trip. The bus service cancelled the bus due to lack of passengers and redbus customer care is not giving a proper reply when contacted.Also no refund has been initiated.The customer care executives always reply that they will open a referencd query and no further action is taken. They just say that their concerned team is looking into the matter. It has been almost a month since I have complained but no response has been given to me.They have third class service.
