Redbus — Bus late by 4 hours

I Book a bus from Thrissur to sulthan bathery on 13th April. The arrival time in ticket was 12 Pm. The bus got delayed almost 5 hours.
I request for a refund on my ticket. Also like to do a complaint against the bus operator.
