Hi Red bus team,
Kindly help to get complete reimbursement of amount that we had to pay Rs 3500 to hire a cab to travel back from Chandnapuri to Pune, as we could not be accommodated by bus driver and customer care team in any other bus and we had to hire a cab after discussion with bus driver and customer care team to travel back to Pune on 6th of May because of bus breakdown.
Despite multiple follow ups over customer care number only 1200 Rs is reimbursed I paid 3500 for cab charges, this is totally unauthentic and unjustifiable, Pls let me know way to escalate to high authorities /consumer court .
Its already more than 24 days now, every time when we call to customer care number they say wait for 48 hrs, and its keep on dragiing on and on. Totally upset .
Pls treat this very urgent request and do needful in the matter.
