[Resolved] Redbus — Bus never came and didn't refund

Date of incident = 28th December, 2021 at 2:08am redBus mTicket Route: Zirakpur(punjab) to Delhi Ticket No: TQDP47882025 PNR: 162879 Trip Code: 169 Travels: Ram Dalal Holidays Booked Ram Dalal Holidays bus service from Zirakpur to New Delhi on 28th December, 2021 at 2:08am. But the bus didn't came and also no info about . We waited for 45minutes, calling bus operator and other numbers provided by Red Bus, but no one received call. We also called Red Bus customer care, the representative also called bus operator, but no response he got. Such a cheat and disappointed service. Bus didn't show up and after few hour, message came from Red Bus that "Hope you enjoyed your journey". Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
