Dear sir, I'm booked bus ticket number tm3p60692922 departure time 22.50 i'm waiting from 22.30 still 23.00 bus not came i'm called sugam travels he told 10 min bus will come i'm wait 20 min bus not came, after once agine called sugam travel but no one pick the phone then i have call to redbus customer care time 23.25 he chek and told wait sir bus on the way, i'm wait 23.55 till bus not came i'm move from another buss, due to buss mistake, i have all call details for refrence kindly refund my amount, Complaint is acknowledged with reference number 3231901 - ref:_00d281kzya._5000i12wtmp Was this information helpful? | |||
