[Resolved] Redbus — Bus not come at boarding point

ibibo Group Pvt. Ltd, Office 2A, 2B Stilt Floor, S No 169 , 209 Hissa no 2, Nyati Millenium, Viman Nagar Dutta Mandir Chowk, Lohegaon Pune - 411014.

The Bus left me without coming to the boarding point with below mentioned details of boarding point.
The redBus office staff id not pick up the phone despite of calling in advance. Now I have to pay 4 times the cost and go to nashik.
Kindly look into it.
