[Resolved] Redbus — bus not on time, i suffer a lot at late night

Hi. I am imran khan, i booked a ticket for lucknow on for 2nd december.
Bus departure time was 11 pm but it was not avail till 11:45, i had a flight for kolkata next mornig thats why without taking any risk i hire a taxi..
I need my money back.
