[Resolved] Redbus — Bus not provided! | |
I had booked a bus from Chennai to Coimbatore to travel on 13 Apr 11:45PM by Hindustan Travels. However, i never received any message regarding the bus details. I waited for 4 hours past 11 45PM with no calls or any information about the bus. The people behind the redbus helpline numbers could not help either.Finally i gave up and had to find an alternative at that time which was very difficult and unsafe. Considering the inconvenience i went through, i doubt i will use or recommend redbus hereafter as i have lost all the trust.
