I understand that the cancellation of the bus would have caused an inconvenience to you and I am truly sorry. We’ll work harder to keep a close watch on bus cancellations and changes in bus schedules in the future. As dicussed on the call, the bus operator is refunding your ticket amount. The refund for your ticket has been initiated from our end on 8th December 2020 to the mode of payment used by you for this transaction. If you have used Debit Card for your booking, the amount should reflect in your account within 5 - 7 business days.
