I bus was supposed to pick us from kasol. But unfortunately we picked up approximately @8:30pm by a cab given by zing bus. Later we reached @bhuntar around 10.15pm . At the time of collecting bags the cab driver was in hurry and said pick your stuff quickly I have other stuff to do as well. Due to that my gloves left in there . I informed the bus operator then and there about it but they were not able to get in touch with guy as he mentioned that guy would be drinking. Later the journey started and blower was not working in the bus and it was so chill in the bus. The suspension of bus was almost zero all the bags were falling down even on highway. And then we were forced to give 5 star rating which I didn’t give. The trip got completed @12.15 pm for next next day which was supposed to be over by 9.40.And they are just closing complaints every time without even having a word with me.
