[Resolved] Redbus — bus services | |||
This is to request you to concern on following matter. We are highly disappointed by your services for following reasons; 1) we scheduled bus timing at 8 am but didn't get any confirmation of its departure, 2) at station no bus was standing to be scheduled at 8 am for allahabad despite clearly mentioned on online ticket. I can understand in country like india time is not valued as it should be but a service provider companies such as redbus this is not expected at all.
