[Resolved] Redbus — Bus shifted from sleeper class to seater class and I did not travel but till I did not got my refund | |||
I booked a bus ticket for the jurney on 17th May 2021 from kolkata to biharsharif. From the bus operator called me that the bus was shifted from sleeper class to seater class and balance amount shall be adjusted as well as shall be refund but I disagreed of her proposal and immediately I informed to red bus customer care about that because red bus did not give the option to cancelled the bus ticket. After some time later customer care someone called me and tell me if you did not travel then amount shall be return within 7 working days. When I did not got the refund I connect to customer care about refund amount after some days later red bus message me that the bus was moved from kolkata to biharsharif on the same day but thay unable to show me the prove and not refund my amount till.
