Redbus — Bus Ticket Amount Refund

Hello redBus, Hope, I'm writing this complaint against you after several follow-ups with your team for a bus ticket booking - refund. I booked ticket from Chennai to Madurai (Travelling date: 15-May-2014) but i cancelled the ticket on 13-May-2014. I received an confirmation saying the amount will get refund to your account in 7 days. I tried calling redBus for more than 10 times after 7 days. I didnt get my refund amount and i'm totally upset with the way the entire customercare departmart works. They are placing the call on-hold and disconnecting it.
