[Resolved] Redbus — bus ticket booking | |||||
I have booked a ticket from coimbatore to chennai travel date 08/05/2018 10.20pm i have booked the seat number 3 and the travels agent made me to sit in seat number 35 when i refused he made me to get down from the bus. Then immeditely they took the bus. I was running behind the bus they haven't ever stopped it. When i called customer care red bus they said they will arrange alternative but nothing was done and they are not properly responding. They made me to wait there till i get the refund Was this information helpful? | |||||
