[Resolved]  Redbus — Bus ticket cancellation

Self book bus ticket from Hyderabad to Chennai ( travel dt 02 Dec 22), Due to changes in plan trying to cancel/ reschedule my ticket but it is not working in Red bus app.
Reschedule option appearing, but not working and cancellation option is disabled state
Pl arrange to cancel the ticket and arrange for refund.
