[Resolved] Redbus — bus ticket money refund | |||
Hi, i tried booking bus tickets from vijayanagaram to vijayawada through redbus app on 24th march, 2018 (The transaction i. D is sbipg[protected] and during payment through online the transaction got failed. But amount has been debited from my bank account. I got a message from redbus as "dear anand, We are sorry, we could not issue ticket to you! We have received your payment of rs. 1360.8 and refund will be processed by redbus within one hour. The bank would take 5-7 working days to credit in to your account and credit is instant if paid through redbus wallet. Thank you for your patience and keep travelling with us! Team redbus" While we contact customer care there is no clear response. So please help to resolve this issue and let me know when the amount will be refunded. And please refund my money early..
