[Resolved] Redbus — bus ticket not found after also amount paid by card

I am e-ticketing by redbus app from jaipur to meerut today 1-oct-2018 and i have not receive a e-ticket and amount also deducted by my amzon account today. And then i am writing a mail to redbus and i have a complaint no. From redbus system is below.
