[Resolved] Redbus — bus was canceled by operator but didn't receive refund | |||
I received call from operator mid night 1:30 and informed that bus was cancelled and denied to arrange alternate bus. I tried to get refund from 21-dec-2108 and i called so many times to redbus but didn't get any response or call back. This issue is already escalated 3 times but there is no meaning for escalation here. Every time customer care executive said we will call back to you within 15 min but i didn't receive any call from redbus till now. I am very frustrated with redbus and want to esclate this issuw with red bus ceo. My request no: 6458139. Today also i called 2 times and same answer given taht we will call back to u within 15 min but didn't receive any call. I want any positive response asap.
