I have booked a bus ticket in redbus app on April29/2023 night 11 clk, and I have reached the boarding point at 10:45 and I called the driver and he said the bus was cancelled and he cut the call, I Cant tolerate this, Without proper intemation they cancelled the bus, I were struggled a lot, please kinldy take action on this, And i applied for refund there is no reply from REDBUS side .
