[Resolved] Redbus — bus was cancelled still I didn't get refund amount

My bus was canceled by the operator on 15/8/2019, i informed this issue to redbus through their app in the help section, but still not received the amount. Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible. Worst service redbus...
Worst customer care (Benadict charles s) support they don't know how to communicate with the customer. You're losing customers.
