[Resolved]  Redbus — cancellation money not refunded

This is me rajshekhar goswami. I had booked two tickets via red bus for guwahati to tezpur journey and again tezpur to guwahati via volvo astc. It was booked on 5th oct for d journey on 7th oct. Bt at next day it was cancel on 6th. The ticket cost was rs 240/ticket and d refunded amount was rs 216/ticket. Till now it's not been refunded. It's urgent kindly do it soon. My ticket details are given below
1. Ghy-tezpur : ticket no - tkaz22751707
2. Tezpur-ghy : ticket no - tkaz71490895
