[Resolved] Redbus — cancellation money not refunded | |||||
Complaint number red bus 5957814... I have booked ticket one month before and cancelled two tickets on the same day. And its not refunded, for few days it showed refund on process but after that it disappeared. My registered mobile number is [protected]. And booking date is on[protected]. I have booked ticket from mysore to bcroad on 20 october via phone pay. Amount 750 Rs have been deducted but ticket is not booked.
I have raised a ticket in phone pay and they suggested to contact redbus as they have transferred 750 Rs to redbus.
