[Resolved] Redbus — Cancellation not happening

I had booked a ticket from pathanamthita to Bangalore for 1st November around 4.05 pm and the booking got confirmed for 31st October, when I tried cancelling the ticket it is not happening. I called redbus customer care but no use.
