Redbus — cancellation of bus without prior notification | |||||
I booked a ticket in redbus one month before Diwali (Oct 18 2017) and paid. the night before Diwali they just sent an sms saying bus was cancelled. Redbus says ticket was not cancelled and jayabharath travels says they cancelled it. Because of their miscommunication customers are suffering a lot. do take actions on them Was this information helpful? | |||||
