Hello, I have booked the ticket from Bhimavaram to Vizayanagaram- parvathipuram and cancelled the ticket with ticket id TQDM[protected] days ago. The money is not yet refunded to my bank account but received a reference mail from redBus that refund initiated. . I want my money to be refunded back. How can I get back ?
