[Resolved] Redbus — cancellation of ticket | |||
I have booked a ticket from hyderabad to vijayanagaram in the name of manasa mandava my daughter by paying through my credit card ending 9717 on 22nd march for travel on 23 rd march. I received a phone call from the bus operator on 23 rd march informing me that the service is cancelled and refund is initiated. The ticket was booked by giving the mobile no [protected]. I have not received the refund to my credit card. I made a complaint and was given a reference no 7894305. Subsequently i received a mail informing me that my concern is resolved with ref :00d281kzya._5000l1z6qpl. After wards there is no response from red bus. I tried to contact their customer support but could not get response as it is ivrs based system. I request my complaint be redressed. Was this information helpful? | |||
