[Resolved] Redbus — cancellation policy | |
I booked a ticket from bangalore to coimbatore on 11th march in kavi travels for 9:30 pm bus and i wanted to cancel it because i decided not to travel. When i contacted the bus operator they said they cannot cancel the ticket and asked mw to check the redbus. I called the customer care and asked them to cancel the ticket but i got a ridiculous reply them that according to policy they cannot cancel it. It happened at 6 pm but still i have the time for next two hours to cancel the ticket and they said they don't have the policy to cancel. Such a ridiculous and # service it is. I used to travel in redbus and now i seriously hates these travels because of their irresponsible attitude. Was this information helpful? | |

I have booked a ticket from bangalore to chennai on 27th feb 2018 but my bus operator cancelled the bus and he said that he will refund the whole amount over the call. I contacted the red bus customer care they also confirmed the same. But still now I did not get any refund and if I call redbus customer care the call is not connecting from 2 days.
