Dear all,
I haven't received any money into my account till date. It's been more than a month now (Complained date: 23rd oct 2018). If you call customer care number [protected] @10:52am on the same day it disconnected without any answer and cost about rs. 4. It happens more than 3 times. It is totally a cheating done by red bus!

Dear All,
I have inquired my branch in person today about the refund using the given ARN No.: IXGAJWPHH8. The branch has not received any amount. They advised me to lodge the complaint again. The amount has not been parked in any of the branch accounts.
Kindly re-credit the amount as soon as possible. Its been more than 45 days now!.
