I have booked a round trip using redbus from bangalore - wayanad on oct.
Trip id : tmbc[protected]th oct from bangalore - wayanad)
Trip id: tmbc[protected]Wayanad - bangalore).
Both ticket are booked on sam travels. On the day of travel redbus/sam travel cancelled the ticket due to technical issues. This situation spoiled my vacation and i was forced to cancel my return ticket. Now redbus has deducted 800 rupees as cancellation charges. I need my money back. Redbus actually spoiled my vacation and they stolen money from me too.

We have initiated the refund amount of Rs. 2023.94/- on 18th October 2018 and the reference number is 75120338293000162119801, the amount of Rs.3478.21/- on 17th October 2018 and the reference number is [protected]. The cancellation charges of Rs.599.68/- against the ticket number TMBC13373367 is initiated on 13th November 2018.The
amount should reflect in your account within 7 business days or less,
depending on your bank.
